Wingstop is broadcasting "crackly to the point of being unlistenable" music and/or football game audio from a small speaker on the front of their store. If you look closely in the photo you can see it.
What if all the stores in the neighborhood did this? Bridgeport would be a totally different place to walk around.
Can someone research what the permitting deal is for this?
